DELIVERY CHARGES
For peace of mind, all orders are sent recorded/signed for delivery.

UK Postage cost is just £2.49 flat-rate recorded delivery for any amount of goods purchased.

European postage cost is £4.95 International signed for delivery for any amount of goods purchased.

Please note: All items are sent 1st class recorded/signed for delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours of received payment. Royal Mail state that 1st class recorded items should be delivered in 1-3 days. Please be aware that Royal Mail will not consider an item lost until 15 days have passed. If you have not received your goods within this timescale, please let us know immediately, so that we can contact Royal mail and make a claim.

Royal Mail claims procedure.
We will complete a P58 claim form and royal mail will investigate. They may contact you to confirm the details and ask you to sign and return a declaration. They will investigate whether they have any known problems within their company. Royal Mail will then compensate us for the lost item and we will then forward this to you. Royal Mail states that this process should take a maximum of 30 days. Unfortunately this is a lengthy process and we are not able to shorten this timescale. So we would kindly ask that you be patient.

RETURNS POLICY
We Endeavour to describe our products accurately, so that you will be pleased with your purchases.

If you receive a faulty item, we would kindly ask that you contact us within 48 hours of receipt, for a refund.

We unfortunately cannot offer refunds on purchases, that just aren’t suitable, unless they are faulty or have been described incorrectly.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

We cannot be held liable for any items that are lost or damaged in transit whilst being returned to us.
